There is a good indication of what PT will do. I reckon around 330 bhp with 300lb/ft.

Well i think Kenno has a 0.64 aswell? at 320bhp? And 007 was 324 so you'll just need to wait and see.

PT's figures tend to be lower than most dynos

For comparison, you need to look at other cars that have been on PTs rollers.

My estimate is that the ATW figure for PT is about 15% lower than most other tuning houses (whether this makes PT 15% out or whether it makes all others 15% high is a matter for discussion)

My guess is that you'll see 320 - 330 bhp at PT with that setup. If you want pub figures, just take it somewhere else and you'll have 360 on the same day

and I agree - 1.5 bar on standard internals is asking for trouble - I bent a rod running 1.55 bar (on forged pistons)

Other way round Nigel, the wheel figures on Dastek dynos are a fair bit higher than most places but the fly power is a little lower hence ending up with silly transmission losses of circa 5-10%.

I would be happy to run 1.5bar midrange but you must slowly drop this off to a sensible level by the time you have gone over 6k.

you're right Flea - I got it the wrong way round - PTs fly figures are low but wheel figures are about right.

I suppose you could take the view that fly figures are irrelevant, its what's at the wheels that counts. Therefore, PTs wheel figures are about the same as other dynos, but for some reason, the extrapolation for transmission losses gives lower estimated fly figures

My (amended) guess is that you should see about 300 - 320 at the wheels. At PT, this will equate to about 330 - 340 at the fly - at other dynos it would be around 360

I am going for 345bhp and 320ft/lb at max boost tested, which I think you might revise down to 1.4bar

(I am going to set my max at 1.4bar, only got std internals)
