for some time now i have had nothing to hold the battery in place coz of the charge cooler box,its started to make a mark on the samco hose so i had to do something,come up with this,just need to butterfly nuts now to finish it of,

hey thats one looking smart engine bay \:o i,ve not long owned my coop & i have plans for my engine bay \:D i,m a mature driver aswell, but i,m like a big kid at the minute.i,m having a starter button & ice fitted as we speak.sorry for hijacking your thread by the way.[i,ll go now]

Cheers for that \:\) i offered mine up to there and it looked like the mount was out of line thats why i was`nt sure where it went

That pump should be at the lowest point in the system to stop air getting trapped in it, you've got it in the highest point.

but its been there for over two years and works fine,its also a seald unit once the lid is on and theres no air in the pipes,but it dos make sense what you say jim so i might look at were i can lower it to

I had mine at the front on the back of the bumper and it seemed ok there but if yours has been working fine then no need to move it.

Have you ever lifted the chargecooler unit up and rotated it, I was surprised at the amount of air that was trapped inside it \:o

never taken the the box out ever,looks like its a bit of a job,so that can stay there aswell,jim dont say any more ill have bloody nightmares tonight,back on topic so what you think of my mod

The bottom of the yellow fuse holder just to the right of you charge cooler pump looks a tad dirty ;\)


As for the mod. it looks good

Looks good Karl, why not paint something up in the lime green to put under the "Fiat" part so it stands out more.
Your battery terminal clamps are different colours too, get it sorted!! ;\)
