The Club are very pleased to announce that we had our first meeting at "Prima Gusto" Cafe and it was a great success. All future monthly meetings/gatherings are going to be held there on the first Tuesday of every month at 7.45PM. We can also boast now to be the only Italian related Club who have an Italian Consul (for Northern Ireland) as honary president.

Now, Although it is the NIIMC gathering I would see this as a great opportunity for FCCUK owners to have a regular place to meet as well and we really hope that owners will take advantage of it and join us for a combined gathering. Our meetings are more gatherings than meetings, (yes there will be the odd time were official stuff may drag a little but that should be rare).
It's a great place easily found. It's on Harrys road just off the the main road on the hill from Sprucefield to Hilsborough roundabout. There is plenty of room both outside for carparking and inside should FCCUK members require a side meeting of their own. The Cafe owners open specially for our meetings and the tea, coffee and buns are lovely.

Look Guys/girls, I've been thinking about this for a while now and being a long time member of the forum here myself (I was here from 2003 before the site crash) I don't recall a regular meeting spot for everyone. It's the perfect place and as I see it a great opportunity to bring all us Coupe people together (I just bought another Coupe) And surely it's about time the Coupe people started coming to shows with us to get these cars on display. There's enough of them about in N.I for dear sake.
So come along to the Nov meeting and get the N.I side of the FCCUK noticed.

If your interested and have any questions please PM me and I'll try to answer them.

Stuart, Chairman NIIMC.

Mate your car doesn't need to be in A1 condition, mines not either. The whole idea is for a place for everyone to get together for a natter to get to know eachother a bit better and all being well to be able to help eachother out.
As I say, we found a good place to meet and I was hoping the FCCUK guys would benefit from it.

Oh, a MITO? I'd love a wee gander at that.

Unfortunately i'l be away with work, hope the first meeting for 2009 is a good one.
I keep meaning to go but never works out, hopefully I can make the next.

By the way, Stuartl, hope you keep the Coupe. Such a nice example LE deserves a proper owner.

Karlos

Hardest part of it will be the drive up the A75 to Stranrear with all those roadworks and averge speed cameras they've put in from what I hear.:D

It's a straight run up the M2 to Ballymena, just under 20 miles so you really shouldn't have any issues.
