Well they're 5 stud for starters..... You could have strung him along a bit! You can get hub converters, I think H&R do them, but they'll be expensive no doubt, IMHO they wouldn't suit the Coupe anyway, they do look on a GTV though! You never know though, see if someone can photoshop them on to give you an idea before jumping in at the deep end. G

I'm straight back to eat my own words, I used the coop wheel tool on the club site and the tele-dial wheels look superb on the coop, especially the burgundy one! So go for it and report back! Wheel tool is HERE Gareth

No it is not possible to get a hub convertor because 2 lugs overlap on the same PCD and only 1 can overlap for a hub convertor You can change to 5 stud alfa like my car is but you have to buy new hubs and discs which isn't cheap. I used to have Alfa GTV Cup 17" alloys on my car - see below

How much did it cost to do? I always see many 5 stud wheels I like but not many 4 types, you also got them wobbly bolts and I don't feel confident with hubcentrics and wobbly bolts as a combo if I'm honest or more to the point if it works!

Just to add to the above, GTA wheels are extremely hard to get hold of.
If you do manage to get some, expect to pay a lot of money for them. Really how come T?

You can easily get the GTA replicas tho...
In terms of the cost I think it was about 500 quid all-in when I did it but it is best done when your brake discs need changing anyway. The most expensive bits are the rear hubs as they are a 1 piece unit that requires a little simple machining.
You can machine to 5x100 if you really want to - just have to accept M14 bolts (which are std on 5x100 golf Mk IV fitment). The standard Alfa pattern is 5x98 and so 5x100 wheels will fit with wobble bolts (but there are many more wheels available in 5x98 than std coupe 4x98)

If you do manage to get some, expect to pay a lot of money for them. Really how come T? There aren't many GTA's around, they're not a common car. The wheels seem to suffer from corrosion, so people with GTA's are often on the look out for spares. GTA wheels in good condition aren't easy to find and because of this, people charge decent money for them when they have got some for sale.

Hi folks, I've got some brand new GTA 17"s replicas that'll fit directly to the 20VT and 16VT without any spacers, i.e., they are made with 4-98 and ET 35. Check our my album for fitted pics, they come with matt black, Silver, Chrome, etc. : Matt Black Silver Chrome Fitted onto 20VT-1 Fitted onto 20VT-2 Fitted onto 20VT-3 As shipping cost would be a big problem, if there's enough interest (at least 5 sets), I'll be able to ship them to UK for 800 quid a set, inclusive of freight. As y ou do not need a new hub or spacer for each wheel, therefore I believe this will probably be the cheapest way of fitting the GTA onto a coop. Cheers,

Thanks for the comments guys, I'll be painting(or maybe chroming) the calipers red soon, so more pic will follow As I'm using FRP+ carbon bonnet(only the exterior) I'll also be fitting Aerocatch so that it will be safer to drive at higher speed and also nicer to look at IMHO.
