Took my Plus for MOT this morning and yet another first-time pass (even with a very picky tester) - that makes 5 Coupé MOT's passed first time and hence I can proudly say I've never had a Coupé fail an MOT smile That's two on my previous 20VT, one on my GF's VIS (which is due again shortly so it might soon be 6 times) and now two on my Plus.

Not bad at all for 10 year old cars - I do my bit maintenance wise of course but still, pretty impressive. The tester today was amazed when I said I used the car for work every day; he was convinced it's a "garage queen" laugh

Mine has also passed 5 in a row, and only one advisory in 5 for rear brakes smile

I had this motor park next to mine at Brooklands and I suddenly felt the need to make mine look at least half respectable! smile

Very smart Coupe and you'd be hard pushed to find one in better condition.

Well it's not bad - probably one of the best "daily drivers" on the forum but not ultimately THE best I'd say (not having a garage doesn't help!). Having seen them in the flesh Trev M's & MrC's are as good externally but WAY better under-bonnet, plus I'm sure there's others I haven't seen that better mine. Possibly my unusual factory colour makes people notice it more?!

Still on original paint (apart from the bumpers) so needs stone-chips sorting on the bonnet plus the wheels need a refurb to remove a couple of scuffs (not done in my ownership!) and put them back to immaculate condition inside and out.

Oh, and cheers for nice comment Insy! smile
