I`ve had a look about(dont want to clash with other meets and scool hols) and june seems a good month? either the 11/14 or 18/21 or25/28??

Pah, i came over hartside in winter with three passangers. Absolutely hissing down and all the windows steamed up. The suspension kept bottoming out too due to the weight! I thought nothing of it. It was only once we were back at sea level my passengers, looking a bit pale, were congratulating my drive over the pass

18/21 is the only date there that we would be able to attend as we've got Download the week before and Kim's working the following one.

Im up for this depending on dates. Can juggle a/l around if enough notice!

I'm meant to be working EVERY weekend in June.

However I have booked the first weekend off already. My preference would be the third or fourth weekend of June as I do a four-on-four-off and if this was the second weekend of June then I'd be away from work for 20 days and wouldn't want to go back!!!

I think setting a poll up would be the best idea!!!

We have the Chatsworth rally show on the 5th and 6th and the Spa trip on the 19th and 20th.

Awkward getting the time to do all and/or getting time off work, as well as getting money together

When did we hold this last year? It looks like June isn't turning out to be a good month for this!

Last year it was 25th of April at the Agri and I'm sure the year before that was late March.

It might be better earlier on in the year for everyone if its been round about that time the past few years!

Perfect for me,as Im off for nearly two weeks then!

24/25 April is Time Attack at Oulton Park which counts me out as I'm there with another club called Zero260 (www.zero260.co.uk)... Also we're due to move house in the next week, so March payday is already spent for me, unfortunately.

There'll never be a date to suit everyone so I'll just see what everyone else decides and do my best to get along...

But, as a happy medium, what about May!?!

Any more happy with this date? we need to sort this asap so people can get time off work.

I won't be able to make it that weekend I work every other weekend and that's my weekend to work. Between sickness and holidays, it's hard to get time off at the moment

i will try and attend whenever it is ...although i usually have comitments on sundays i will be there for the rest meet

So far the dates have been unpopular so how about the 16/19 April???

The 16/19th April weekend would probably be ok for me, as would every other from those dates (as in, I'm off that weekend, in the next, off the next, etc)

Would probably just be a Saturday stop over for me, but would see about that when a date is sorted
