I always use this:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Garrett-T25-T...Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item1c0dde3ae1

New copper washers for water and oil feeds
BTW it’s a T2 gasket not T3
5 stud to vband or 5 stud downpipe and gasket.
Oil drain flange and gasket
Drill hole in compressor housing for feed to boost controller
Dogleg actuator with bracket and circlip
4 x new pinch nuts

I'm pretty sure this is essential. Don't think the roller bearing turbos are designed to get that amount of oil flow. I'd also guess that without the restrictor providing back pressure the oil pressure upwind of the turbo oil feed would be adversely affected. Rog posted a while back that the turbo feed came off one of the crank bearing supplies so I'd have thought a lack of restrictor wouldnt do it any good at all.

If its a roller-bearing turbo, it must have a restrictor. Only journal bearing turbos can be run without one.

Basicaly oil restrictor is a bolt with the smaler oil feed through it , is it correct?
So you just have to screw original bolt out of the turbo , and screw oil restrictor bolt back into place , did i get it right? Cheers.

Yep. But you must make sure the bolt is sized to the bango.

Cheers TJ , so if it's different size i would need new feed to match that oil restrictor.
It looks like my GT was fitted without oil restrictor with standard oil feed !
