If you look on the site Patch they look to have connectors for the original loom.
On the web site they look very clear when not light,
I have sent asking about MPH and silver/white dials and if they connect to the loom as they apear to
Once I have his answer I will post the findings

I'm afraid the visual performance dials are not a patch on the first ones for me. I,ve seen these before on eBay, they're all right but not for me...I think they were called indiglow... No, they were called plasma right enough...

That Moman eBay page looks pretty comprehensive to me. Gives you a bit of confidence in the product. Optional clours would be great too, but as I said before, you'd have to match the console back light colour up somehow...
F****** b****** thing...

Well,
I have just recieved an email from the bloke who owns the ebay shop and here is what he had to say
Sorry for my delay answer, I had some days off.
If you’ll order at least 30 sets then of course we can make new design in mph, but we will have to receive advance payment of 500 PLN before we will start new project. Cost of single set with inverter will be 207 PLN. It could be done approximately within 1 or 2 months, because we are at the moment making projects for Nissan 300ZX, BMW E39, E46, Mercedes Vito.
Sounds good to me so I will start a group buy so can you post your interest of what you want if we can get enough interest
Ian

Hadn't seen this thread, liking it a lot. I'm in, will keep an eye on the GB Had been hoping there was a way to sort the fact that the background lighting on the standard dials always seems a bit offset, as agreed on here previously at some stage. One question, in the video posted on the GB, the guy fires up his Coupe and the CODE light stays on... (sharp eyes see, trained ninja) Also, are there any differences in the Plus and standard guages in terms of the headlight symbol etc. I seem to remember when I've looked before some of the symbols are slightly different. I know about the max speed reading and the oil pressure/voltmeter difference.

Some questions....I would like answering before I commit to deciding which set to put my name to.
What would the text colour be on the white dials when they are not illuminated?
Would it be just the numbers and scale on the white dials that illuminate as the black dials or would it be the whole dial?
Would a 180 dial still read accurately the same if fitted to a 160 gauge? is the extra 20mph just added at the end of the scale?
My left hand dash gauge is the oil temp/oil pressure type what do the 180s have?
Sorry for the long list but I suppose these are questions that other members might also want to know.

I would like to know these things too.
How easy are they to fit, Can I fit a 180mph dial to my car that currently has a 160mph dial. Can I get one with an oil temp dial instead of a battery meter.

From looking at the video, I was quite liking the forum members name (smurf20VT) across the rev counter dial. Johnnymarr, do you think it may be possible, given the clubs approval, to have the FCCUK logo put onto the dials? I had originally fancied having my forum name on them, however from a resale point of view, this would prove pointless. Who's going to want a car with someone else's name on it!

Ladies and Gents, To keep you in the loop with whats happening I have spoken to the Owner of Moman tuning with regards to the fitting concerns that some of you are asking about. I have been told that the needles are very easy to remove without damaging and they come with a full set of comprehensive instructions. They screw on to the oringinal dials using the original screws so can be removed when needed and clip in to the original loom. There are different variants to choose from ie.. volt and oil pressure or oil temp and oil pressure and the colour of the illumination can be chosen as well Blue, white, aqua marine etc.. Here is a link to the coupe dials in KPH so you can see how clear they are and how they will look when fitted in both daylight and night time and the variants they do. Obviously ours will be in Mph For example I am having in silver Model 3 = 180Mph Version 1 = Volts and oil pressure Type 1 = Red line starting at 7k revs Fiat Coupe Plasma Dials Please have a look at the link as there are some very good pictures showing the quality of the kit and workmanship. And also the options available I will post more info once I have spoken to him again but it is looking good so far, I have ordered a set in Kph as I am being posted to Germany soon so will have a better idea and first hand knowledge of the fitting in a few days. So will update then I don't think it will be allowed to have the fccuk logo without permisson as it is the clubs trademark?? Ian

I had been thinking the whole logo, including the coupe outline.
For that though, we would definately need the okay from the club. I seem to remember use of this was requested for the failed GB for embroidered t-shirts etc. last year, but for obvious reasons was declined.
I'm sure though that as this would end up being an integral part of the cars themselves, it might be given due consideration if there was enough demand and the GB goes ahead.
