ive got a 16vt lump in a bravo along with the follwing mods

t3 super 60 turbo
440cc injectors
front mount
3bar fpr
dink chip
de-cat
3" exhaust (front to back)
valio clutch (30 miles ago)

but it just doesnt seem to be quick enough lol
the engines fine as i rebuilt it last year so i was wondering if ou coul work your magic wich it?

What sort of bhp will this be running with these mods before and after a flea map. I've been reading that his turbo is good for a little over 280 bhp

I thought the t3 super 60s were good for around 300bhp ?

I'd be happy with 300 bhp ( for a while lol )

well im runing the same mods and hit 297hp with fleas chip.
its just excellent.

You never know what to believe with power figures. I was told that my T28 hybrid was good for around 300bhp. After speaking to Barbz(who supplied the turbo), he said you could get up to 350bhp out of it, but that would be pushing the limits.

my car with t3 super 60 hit 305 on the dyno with just 1.2 bar... Was probably pushing more like 320+ on the road as flea mapped it to 1.45 bar..... I did have c&b cams and mildly ported head though!

also i know it states you have 3" exhaust system... But have you got rid of the standard turbo elbow.... Very restrictive!

No I've still got the standard elbow I didn't kno it was a problem 8) but the other day I fitted a twin exit backbox off a mini and belive it or not I think it's made it quicker! (the system goes from 3" downpipe all the to the back box then it goes to a massive 2" lol but It feels alot more responsive for some reason.

Is there anyone out there that makes the elbows or have I got to get one made?

pricey though at around 120 quids! Is you can get an elbow and know anyone who can weld a bit it would be cheaper for them to fabricate you one i'd have thought?

for those 440CC injectors you will need a custom remap, my stage 1 or 2 chip is setup to use standard injectors.

I don't do 440CC maps as the injectors verry close to their limit on a T3/T4 setup and a bit overkill for a T3 super60.

However i'd get it mapped asap as you run too rich atm.

Yh ive only had the 440s in for a couple of week but when I first fitted them I noticed a massive differnce! But it's constanly overfueling when I put my foot down And since fitting them it's broke the lambda.

I'll have it sorted by the end of next week though so I'll be selling on your dink chip 8)
