im alot more limited on hols this year so happy for whatever on the Monday in fairness but need to travel back Monday evening..would ideally like to leave for nurburgring earlyish monday and head back mid afternoon.

I'm not going to be able to make the ring due to work commitments, will have to suffice with GT5 until I next get the chance

Will probably save writing off the coop judging by my GT5 exploits!

Well... I don't own the coupe anymore but am visiting Spa. Im going to drive down to spa with my Clio RS 172, and would like to join you guys to visit the ring. I can't drive at spa with the Clio ofcourse, so the car should be fresh and ready for ring laps.

So, count me in!

Im coming back on the monday evening. Booking Eurotunnel for 19.50.. Should be back for around midnight then and back to work following day...

I'd just like to add there is an ongoing discussion among us swedes to make the Ring-trip too, with the possible addition of SpaItalia. So that'll mean we'd be there at the same week.
Last year we were six people.

I won't be able to say for sure if i'm coming until much nearer the time, the same goes for Spa.

However looking at the Nurburgring website it looks like "rock-am-ring" is on the 4th, 5th and 6th June. I think it's a big rock concert, but not sure where exactly it's held or how it affects use of the ring?!

We are going to stay in Bruges on the monday night now, found a reasonable hotel. Its meant to quite a nice city at night, they light it all up!

my only memory of a distant visit to bruge was getting drunk on an abomination called kwak - aviod this beer at all costs!!!

I haven't decided on a hotel Joe. I was looking at this one CLICK although I'm happy to stay wherever really. Just need a hotel with parking as I have been told its a pain and expensive.

Thank's Adam. That hotel is 95 Euros min for a double or twin. I will have a good look around tomorrow and post up my finding's.

I know Brugge very well as my mother originates from there. Try one of these hotels:

Novotel and Ibis are also in Brugge.

There's also some houses to rent by the way, like 'Valentijntje' and 'Augustijntje'. Might want to check these possibilities out, although I'm not sure whether they'll rent them out for one day-night.
