As some of you know i brought a 16 n/a that had been converted to a 16VT.

But i dont know if the brakes etc have been changed & my MOT is due and i need to replace the disks & pads..

Anyway my question is will the turbo disks fit on a N/A or do i need to buy N/A disks. Grrr Im so confused.

Any help is appreciated

N/A discs will need to be fitted, there is a 5mm offset difference between the 16v and 16vt.

Is is wise to have about 250bhp with N/A disks, calipers etc...

Never really thought about it before... but now i'm slightly concerned frown

Well, do you know if the suspension was left as a 16v or converted to a 16vt? Easiest way to tell, if whip a front wheel off, then measure the width of the hub strut, 25mm = 16v, 35mm = 16vt

There is not a huge difference in the brakes. For the majority of driving you'd never know the difference. A decent set of pads will make a much bigger difference than changing to 16VT brakes (with std pads)
