I scraped my beautiful paintwork on the hedge pulling into the driveway of my new house the other day. BULLING!! hopefully can polish it out.

Cyril and myself went to the Island Centre to check everything out this morning and I have to say I'm very impressed with the place. The location beside the canal is lovely and I think will suit the gathering perfectly.. The centre itself has all the facilities including a restaraunt and the chef says he will endevour to have Italian dishes on the menu on Saturday.
Lisburn centre is about a 10 minute walk but you needn't worry as the weather is going to be great.

Entrance to the Island is from Queens road.

From the M1 follow the saintfield road into Lisburn to the roundabout (Sloan St A3 indicated) and right round onto the A1 Queens road. As you approach the first set of lights (just past Holybrook sports car sales) keep right and then turn right into the Island centre. the just follow the road round and please go to were you are directed.

Go to Google maps and type in Island Arts Centre, The Island, Lisburn and you will see were to enter. You will only be able to in via Queens road.
