Here's my callipers, still require decals but,

Got the donor and almost feel overwhelmed

Fitted a few GBs and an engine in my time, but never a conversion.

I'm good at electrical, but this looks a bit oooh errr

In about three days of work...

I got a day and a half without knowing what I'm actually doing LOL

It's pretty good - there are very few places you can plug the wrong connectors together (but watch the back of the engine). The diagrams are *almost always* correct with respect to location and wire colour.

Cool, I was going to label most of them and recover the loom before refitment. I did expect it to have more wiring mind.

Only missed the Ace about 6 times in 4 years

OK, got the ECU engine loom out, stripped off the old fabric tape and recovered in amalgamating tape.









I'll pop into Maplin tomorrow to get some stuff to finish it off nicely, Engine will be black, hoses and wiring will be yellow as I'll be wrapping my GTV white

Engine almost out, started tipping it down so I went inside after 10 mins and got soaked


Labelling the connectors for easy refitment and tidy install


This is the only interaction this loom has with the car's main loom
