She will be my 5th Coupe and in a different colour again.

Sprint blue is the choice this time. Such a nice bold colour in the flesh and with the TAN leather it's certainly an interesting combination.

Picking it up in the evening so will be home at 9 ish after the 5 hour round trip

Will get pictures up the next morning

My Scotts is going to a good home too, a chap at work is buying it, (has now registered on here) so i will get to see it everyday still.

You can tell the cars are handbuilt as they all drive so differently too. That made my mind up, despite being a different colour it was also brilliant to drive in such a different way!

Looking forward to the Coupe cruise back actually, as i'm driving my Scotts there and the Sprinty back

Just took a few pictures this morning on the drive, the SUN was in the worst possible position.








Don't think i have given the details on the car yet.

She currently sits on 164,000 miles, has only had 2 previous owners. Most of those miles were done on long trips, driving around Italy etc!

I managed to get it with full service history right back to the original purchase date with all 3 keys etc. Its got A/C and sunroof which is nice
The tan leather was even the original option on the car.

What i really love about this one is it is completely standard, it's not been messed around with at all. The engine bay is spotless and the whole car is very tidy.

It's the first time i have driven a completely standard coupe, with standard exhaust and power, and i must say it is very nice. Amazingly quiet, with a hint of the 5 cylinder warble coming from the front, and extremely refined. I dare say i will be keeping this completely standard!

I will get some more pictures up when i have given her a clean and polish and when i have a bit more time.

I don't really care much for sprint blue either, don't know what the fuss is all about that wishy washy colour

My first coupe was a broomy and i loved that.

I've always wanted a sprinty but it's taken me ages to find a nice standard example.

Dan, i do have to say though, colour apart, for that mileage it does look very tidy.

Seen quite a few mint LE/Plus models sell on here for £3-4k and look no where near as good!

Jobs needed in the near present?!

I paid just shy of 1500 quid.

The engine has had a full Fiat rebuild in it's life, although the car looks good and feels tight for 164k!

Job wise, Cambelt within the next year, a suspension joint on the Offside front and whatever else it decides to surprise me with. Oh and a wash and polish and clay every week or 2, mabye not so much with the clay!

No I didn’t go to view it, but from looking at the photos and speaking to the seller I could tell it was a decent car! It was my number 1 back-up, in case the coupe I’m meant to be getting falls through! So you've well and truly scuppered that for me!!
