What does it matter what other drive or if they even have a car? If they think the Coupe is ugly, that's their opinion. Get a grip. Everyone like everything the same it would be a very boring world. I see your point, as i said on this occasion it annoyed me. I think perhaps its cause it was the day I had a crash and i was annoyed at that also. Plus I find it more insulting if people dont even know me but say things like that.

Sorry Matty my comment wasn't really directed at anyone just a general observation.
I think the driving instructor does sound like a tool, especially the post crash comment - not at all needed. It's okay no worries

Some people are bland and boring, so generally there aesthetic choices reflect this. One of my neighbours lost a friend to a heart attack at 45 years of age, he then proceeded to tell me how life is to short to be cautious and its good to live a little dangerously...he went out and bought a new BMW X3 2.0D to emphasise this point.

I had to laugh yesterday. I was round a friend's and one of his friend's (who i dont know) came round to show off his hire car he had for the weekend. He then proceeded for no reason to ask where my car was? The conversation went like this... Him:"So, where's your car?" Me: "My car is in a garage being repaired as someone crashed into it" Him: "What is it?" Me: "It's a Fiat Cou...." Him (Interrupting): "Best place for it, in the garage being a Fiat" Me: "Yeah whatever you say..." He was sat in a 1.6 Ford Focus diesel more excited then a 10 year old saying how quick it was!!! I just let it go over my head

This is how people behave towards sports cars, always has been! They dislike the fact that someone else has a better car than them, a vehicle that's meant to be enjoyed, not just to sit in traffic in, so they trash the car because they wish they could have one.
