What an ordeal !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Got up at 5:30Am Fleas for 8:50 All was going well on the dyno, other than my turbo maxing out. Flea sent me for some snap whilst he finished off the low boost settings. Anyways i knew something was wrong by the length of time he took so i gave him a ring. Gearbox or driveshaft gone??? So i drove to him and straight away you could see the gearbox mounting has let go. So call to the AA by 5pm,the relay is out by 6pm. Nothing they could do as its ripped the bolt clean out the mounting. Waited for a flatbed which took until 830 to get to me. Next issue is we couldnt move the car as its locked solid. So had to call another relay to help. He showed up at 9:30 and with a jack we managed to get the engine up and pull it onto the flatbed at the same time. However only got 5 mins up the road and the flatbeds drivers time was up. So off again. 10pm at this point.Still in Bristol. Next driver showed up at 11.00 The AA man was a really nice chap and waited with me until the other chap showed up. As it was bank holiday weekend they had to sub contract out to another company. This bloke was an utter Prick. Despite both me and the AA man shouting him to stop he kept winching and has damged my front bumper, grille and pushed it all out of alignment. So i rang the AA and told them,as well as the driver from the AA backing me up. Set off at 12:30 with a now damaged front end. Whilst driving i cant help noticing the driving style is irratic. Swerving violently for no reason and he kept opening the window. So i asked him if he was pissed up and he said he didnt drink. I asked him how long he had been driving for and he said since 8am. So i told him to pull over at the next stop and let me off the truck before he crashed the thing. He then decided to drag the car off the same way he put it on,which resulted in me getting rather angry and pushing this bloke to the floor only to be pulled off him by yet another AA patrol and the Highways agency officers, who when checking his tacho found a few issues to say the least.Onto the next truck by 2am,up te A42 and back at the garage for 3:30 am. Got an engine frame, and a ratchet strap and managed to get the engine back level. Went to start it and its misfiring badly, and the alternator light was on. Switched it off straight away, checked the belts and its shredded the Ps belt when the engines dropped as its hit the oil cooler. Snapped the coolant pipe off my new coolant bottle dropping all the coolant over the engine bay,and broke a new driveshaft,. I have just got home after being up 27 hours straigh and not knowing if my engine has bent the valves.
If it has, thats the end for me as this bloody curse is ridiculous
My advice is dont buy Vibra engine mounts. The first time the bolt snapped, and not its pulled it through the mounting.
Sorry for spelling and grammar but its a little blurry. Good night all.

Jesus what an ordeal mate! That last driver sounds well dodgy good job you got off I think, I hope you can claim for the damage done.
Fingers crossed no internal damage to the engine has been done! My advice is to leave the thing alone for a few days once you've chilled out a little then have a look what has happened. I had things like this happen a lot with the mini's I used to do up, I sold a couple 24 hrs after things like this happened then regretted it a week after!

Ffs jbt!!! That's horrendous.
Hopefully best case scenario you'll just need to replace a mount and put everything back together.

My goodness indeed.
Such scenarios hurt a lot, both psychologically and financially.
As someone suggested above, just simply rest as much as you can before going back to check everything.
I believe everyone here is willing to help and support, so please take some comfort in that.
So sorry about this news
