Is it a common problem for my '96 16VT to jump out of fifth gear? I'm guessing it's a broken selector pin but I don't know if this'll necessitate a gearbox rebuild or replacement or what. It's making a horrible grinding noise from (I'm guessing) the clutch thrust bearing as well - anybody else experienced this...? Recommend any good gearbox people in Surrey/South London area?
