After having abit of fun on another thread and chatting to another forum member(CJH) I have come up with an idea to raise money for charity and also give the fiat coupe some publicity-
A fiat coupe calendar- with naked forum members!

At this point myself and CJH are just looking to see how much interest there would be, and ideas for locations etc...
We would like the best 12 coupes to feature in the calendar and 12 brave forum members to pose in or around the coupe

So let's see how this takes off and hopefully raise some money for charity

Well if it for charity ( pauls or your coupe fund dont count) am in but only if the picture is blurred or out of focus? From a distance? Just so I don't get to much hassle from crazy women?

With Coop running costs I'm surprised anyone actually has any clothes to take off.

Oh come on boys don't be shy, a few 6 packs would be nice see but I want real men with curves, bellys and some hairy chests, your 'bits' would be tastefully hidden and it is for charity!

We got 2 ways of doing this 1- we take the pictures on location together or
2- you send me the pictures yourself, get you girlfriends/wife's take them, then we pick the best like we would with a normal coupe calendar?

We don't want porn pictures we want brilliant pictures to show off are cars with a semi naked man to give the pics a kick!

Who is going to buy a calander with semi naked men?

Surely CJH's idea of women was the way forward?

In May, I'll be on holiday in Greece with my Coupe and I can do some pictures.
Greek Islands are a very beautiful place and I think will make a good pictures.

Just a word or warning. It costs a lot to produce a Calendar and even selling them at over £20 you will struggle to recover costs let alone money for charity. It has certainly never been a great money raiser for the club

To raise money you would need to broaden it to a wider community, say the Fiat forum? Or maybe advertise it under a thread entitled "Forum wives", that always generates plenty of views in the Scooby and Saxo type forums

As suggested in thread that started the chat...dreams come true would publicise this to a much wider base than we ever could, and I believe they are a worthy cause, I know them well and am doing some stuff with them next weekend.
I may also have access to a photographer that has done a brilliant "tasteful" calendar like this for Baxi heating - a company I done project work for a year or so ago...

The thought would be not full frontals obviously... But covering your modesty with coupe parts... So that's the cigarette lighter for JBT and a steering wheel for me ;-)
If we get the camera man what remains is a friendly printers....surely between us all and our networks we can get one.
I think it would be great publicity for a car we love and the forum .... Plus benefiting terminally I'll kids in our own island

better for the charity,
better for the mental state of women in this country,
better for the global price of 'flesh tone' inks (for fear that with this calendar, demand for them will vastly outstrip demand)
