To thee and DaveG.
I too commuted in my twenties and a decade ago.
As a scarred ex-Rhyl CC member, I limit my exposure on the road to just Time Trialling in 'summer' and solo, fast, weekend 2 hour rides when the weather's good. Proper training is scientific on the turbo.
We're all cyclists. thumb

Must be the highlight of your day! Nice to see you get some crappy roads too. Would you take the Volagi over that final junction?

No - that's the Military Road running along the top of the Black Isle. I ride the road on the right. It's not too bad - a bit of mud on it at times and a few potholes that I know to avoid.

I'd love to try a head cam on the way to work. Sometimes I see owls, kites when it is light, deer most days, 1 or 2 foxes, one weasel and yesterday 3 rats. Tripping the 'Watch Your Speed' sign is always pleasing if I can manage it too.
