No just realistic, I mean insurance isn't a charitable organisation and there are pitfalls. As a broker I have no real issue with yourselves and never intimated that. I agree as last poster said horses for courses I just didnt want unsuspecting people falling foul of a ncb issue on a policy they may have thought helped them get ncb's.

However you only have to glance at some of the threads on this forum alone to look at the way insurance companies treat their customers i.e. the 'scams' and small print are endemic in a bid to wriggle out of every dime they can or rob you of this fee that fee. PPI is a classic.
