Today the car-park of the building opposite my office is sporting a hard-top, K-plate, yellow Lotus Elan Sprint.

Not seen one of them for a while.

Dear monos, a secret truth.

I recently saw a KTM X-bow on the M25 in Herts/Essex, a yellow Gallardo on Saturday on the M4 round Reading and a white, red and gold liveried Elan on an F (I think). Been a long time since I saw a Fiat Coupé on the road...
When in Barcelona over the week of the Grand Prix, we did not see a single "interesting" car. Not one. The closest we got was one Boxster - I was amazed. Even at the Circuit de Catalunya on race day we only saw one Ferrari (458 I think) and one Panamera. Quite disappointing!

I used to have a 1968 2.8CS in Silver. It was like driving a boat, but the all-round visibility was amazing!

Unsure what it was and didn't manage to get a photo but.

Saw something yesterday that I can only describe as a cross between a Ford probe and a mr2 with a massive tail that looked to start in the middle of the boot.

Anyone any ideas?

In Knightsbridge last week, had a Lambo Aventador in front of me, a 599 GTO on the other side of the road parked up, and a 458 Italia a couple of cars behind. love

Also got overtaken by a black 458 Italia on Saturday. I was driving a Jensen Interceptor and got a thumbs up from the driver as he went past cool

After giving the coop some beans out of a tunnel up to the speed limit, I soon found my rear view mirror full of... something. When the road opened up he put the pedal down next to me. What a noise!! I thought it was a Cayenne at first but changed my mind considering how crass it was so I checked the rear of the car and all it said was Magnum.

I've since done some research initially thinking it was some American lump but no, it is a Cayenne and the product of 'TechArt'. Full bodykit and engine mods. Wasn't as fast as I'd have wanted considering the money spent wink

I saw two (different) McLaren MP4-12C36y353@:>@E@> (I think that's the right model number) in the space of 5 minutes the other day.

They look very unassuming on the road.

Thats what I thought but I was too busy looking at the car. It was parked in the layby so I was half tempted to turn around and park up behind it.

Did he smash his up badly last year though?
