Are we getting plans sorted as this date will creep up and im sure people will start dropping out.
Foward planning should also reduce costs.

The event is limited to 100 coupes i believe.

If it's 100 cross all countries it's not going to be easy to divide that up.

100 coupes is my understanding too, but ultimately it is down to the Italian club which is organising the event to define any split between countries.

Last month for a meeting of italian club there were 30 cars.
And was only an italian meeting.

In summer there were 35 cars for a regional meeting near Turin.

I expect 100 cars from only italian club :D, not overall

100 cars does seem a very low number

Hello everyone,

Next year, our neighbors and friends Italian organized a rally for the 20 years anniversary of the Coupé.

So I came into contact with the head of the Piedmont region, Giorgio Basso, and he has offerd to be the intermediary between our two nations (if anyone objects, it changes forum!)

Here is the first article:

The rally will take place on May 30, 31 and 1, 2 June 2014 (ie 4 days / 3 nights) in Turin.

The full programe and rates should be arranged between December and January.

The place of rendezvous, which will also be our first visit is the Pininfarina plant!

The rally is limited to 100 cars, but visiting Pininfarina is limited to 120 people.

We all will stay in the same hotel.

If you have any questions, ask them here, I would try to find out.

For my part, if I have any news I will let you all know.

The guys in Italy really should start taking some deposits. That would give them a better idea of the true numbers wishing to attend. It would also give those of us wishing to attend a some confidence in making plans.

I'm currently reluctant to book anything because I don't know if I will get an event ticket. I am starting to think flying and taking a rental car will be easier..

Well its still 6 months away really,so i reckon there is no need to panic yet. I also will be surprised to see if there is 100 coupes there.

If you think about the previous Spa events there has been a maximum of about 63 or so coupes,with the majority being French and uk coupes.
I know for a fact that there have been a few :it's to far: comments on my side of the water.

Best prices can be obtained by booking early and some ticket prices, on some services, have gone more expensive.

I do think there will be space but I would have to miss it.

If we are talking of 100 coupes in total, maybe more important how many countries would take part? If 10 that's only 10 coupes from each. In which case that's not many.
