That's the market economy. Personally, I think these cars in all their variants - with the possible exception of seriously modified bodywork/pain - are too cheap.

Agreed, nothing mental about that, it has plenty of stuff done that the slightly lazier/less handy person wouldn't want to tackle after purchasing a car e.g. aftermarket body kit, alloys etc

OK it looks a nice car - but why is everyone so excited about this one ?

Also having read the phrase "she has excellent oil pressure and even when hot hovers around the 2bar mark"I'd want to drive it and take a good look before entering the bidding.

The reason I think its mental is because it needs a cambelt which means this car could well be £3000 worth once the auction is done.....an LE just went for somewhere around that and their are a couple of Plus's at £3500 for sale that you would probably get for a little less.

I'm after a Plus or LE so this isnt the one for me anyway, and I have no problem with Coupe's prices going up.....I will own my 4th sometime over the next few weeks. I'm just comparing this to the others I have seen. I think Dan just took £3000 for LE0020
