The cage and/or clips on the stereo need bending to get them to lock.
Tricky, they're quite large up front so anything decent has a high power requirement that needs an amp. Using the head unit, pretty much any aftermarket speaker will sound okay. I did have some fli speakers in mine. Cost 20 quid from a local factors. Sounded fine.
Distortion or a rattle? The first one needs you to closely match head unit to speaker. The second needs you to pad parts that can contact. Draft excluder strip is handy and cheap.
Carefully. Just undo all screws and the interior handles and it comes away easily.
Very easy. You can get them out of the door card using a flat head screwdriver; they're only placed in.

My speaker cover has gone a bit off as well, I guess you dont have to take the door card off then, just a screwdriver from the outside to remove the cover?

Think you've just re ordered my jobs to do list! I'll do the speaker matching later, I'll be happy to have the covers painted and the head unit straight!
Cheers!!
