I have an agreed value on my classic policy with Footman James, but with the amount I've spent on it getting it into the condition it is now I would like to get this increased, as they will only put an agreed value at the moment of £2000.

They have said they can of course increase the agreed value to reflect any new work or restoration taken place etc & have sent me out a 'vehicle condition form'

It specifies (for a car under 20 years old) that I need to get the vehicle inspected & the form signed by a recognised vehicle club, classic vehicle club or other garage/person that is knowledgeable on the Marque.

I also need to send in 5 recent photo's which is no problem

Basically, I need to find out who can carry out this inspection local to me? someone affiliated to the FCCUK maybe?

Oh I have just re-joined the Club today! if that is a requirement.

If your policy is close to its renewal date then give me a call. Our agreed value policy is on a Self-Certification basis
