I decided since Eldinho was pulling away to take a few last game chances, since winning the league half my team have been rested or not interested so lost out a bit.

Sometime mid season I chose Rooney and made him captain, he scored a hatrick and shot me towards the top of the league, with Ronaldo's form and point scoring ability almost single handedly kept me up there along with Shorey who did well too. Spent a fortune on Henry when he came back from injury which was a waste of time really.

Not so bad for my first season. Thanks for an entertaining season. Definately made me focus more on other teams/games/players and gave me some tools to talk footy at the pub. Great experience.

Will be there next season hopefully.

Fantasy football always adds a bit of spice to the season (although I hate it when I find myself cheering for the scum ;))
