I stand corrected - it's a McLaren 650s spider and it is epic.
I have been in cars more brutal and cars that were very quick but don't think I have ever been in anything this quick. It has taken my understanding of torque to a whole new level.
The Coupé turbo push in third is really great. The shove from low down in the A5 still has me with a grin on my face every time I use it is but boy I've now been shown a whole new world of torque and power. Yes I do believe I may have uttered a few expletives today, and this whilst he is still taking it easy!
Size wise it feels a lot smaller than his old Ferrari. This makes it far more comfortable going down country lanes, especially when something comes the other way. It is also a bit tight inside for a big lad like me. The quality of and finish of everything is just outstanding. Such a well made car that makes the Ferrari seem like a kit car in comparison.

Spotted all manner of super exotic cars tonight when I accidentally came across the gumball rally between Ayr and Glasgow. They're heading from Edinburgh to London (via Manchester) tomorrow so you may catch them if you keep an eye open. https://www.gumball3000.com/2016dublintobucharestI was in my punto , not the coupe, otherwise I could have tagged along.

A DeTomaso Pantera lives at the other end of my village, with a lowered engine and therefore adjusted exhaust system. It had been raced by its previous owner. When he started it up the Earth shook! Awesome...

Rare, but more importantly, the most stoopid: Black velvet mercedes convertible (yep, that's velvet - the fabric) with gold plated trim. Just nasty.
Dangerous car to drive in these times of a peasant revolt.

Bearing in mind that I live in Herefordshire... A Ferrari 456 in white with black roof - so wide 'in the metal'., and a Lexus RC300h which was pretty rapid and wasn't going to be last on the road to anyone. All between M4 8/9 and Lego land today. See, a foray to Lego land does have it's upside

Walking along Piccadilly last Friday night, and spotted something low and red and very unknown to me. Managed to snap a picture, and after a little googling, it turned out to be a DC Avanti.
It looked a lot faster than it probably is, with a 250bhp 2 liter engine.

My first 488 on the road - Junction of Kenilworth Road and the A45 in Coventry. Suspiciously close to where I often see a host of exotica thanks to a local wealthy dentist. Very nice in Giallo Fly
