As you probably know, events at Brooklands have not been without their problems the past couple of years.
Phil Ward (AutoItalia owner) is well aware of them and has been keeping the club up to date with progress.
Yesterday I had an email from him saying what will happen to resolve the issue of us not being placed together as a group.
This year we have 30 spaces allocated to us halfway up the finishing straight between the Lamborghinis and classic Fiat 500s.
To ensure that Brooklands Marshals park us in the correct place there will be a downloadable A4 PDF parking pass to display on the dashboard or windscreen.
He will be sending me a link which I will make available to forum members when I have it.
It does mean however that once the 30 spaces are filled any other coupes will have to park in the overflow parking on the embankment, so get there early. It's a good idea to do so anyway as the local roads can clog up badly even before reaching the Campbell gate entrance to Brooklands.
Mark_D sounds good to me, I'm in Southsea and will be travelling in my wife's Abarth.
Was thinking of leaving at 7:45am. We could meet at the Shell in Farlington, opposite the Fiat dealership at 8am? Then we could pick up Chris on the way up the A3?

Mine is currently in a million bits so its touch and go whether she'll make it to Brooklands - awaiting polybush spindles (of the right size) and also front wheel bearings.....
Always seem to have too many 20VT's to count......

Yes, good luck from me too. Would be great if you could add to the list, but sounds like you’ve got a bit of a task ahead
