Those are the Abarth 500 EsseEsse version of the 18" EsseEsse wheels (in white) off my Abarth Grande Punto EsseEsse. Check Abarth parts and spares catalogue. (I carry a wonky white one as a spare in my GP, as the rats don't supply a spare anymore!  ) You can get wheels refurbished you know? Try Googling "alloy wheel refurbishment near me".

They *look like" the Abarth branded wheels (made by Speedine?) fitted to the 500 esse esse but I think they are "copies" since the proper esse esse wheels have 12 spokes and these have 15?

Wow, great sleuthing there, I've never tried an image search! But they're not exactly the same, the centres (both front and rear) are different
