I used to own a lovely red vis Fiat Coupe, eventually sold it to a nice bloke from Liverpool whose wee son was really excited to have one in the family, which made selling it a bit easier! I bought a 2006 Fiat Grande Punto to be my daily driver but unfortunately it had had lots of owners and was not really taken care of properly. I put it on SORN for a while and bought a crappy old Ford Fiesta. The bloke I bought it from recommended a garage but this mechanic turned out to be an utter charlatan. The sort of bloke who would let a lady drive away in a Fiat Grande Punto with a dangerous nearside rear wheel bearing and when she took it back, claimed the horrible noise from this was just "the throaty sound of the turbo". He also changed the dashboard clocks for no reason at all. He held the car to ransom and charged me £900, thinking I would ask him to scrap it for me because all along he had coveted my number plate. It spells "KAFKA" but could also be the name of his garage (by pure coincidence). I won't tell you the garage name. Anyway, recently when I was at night school some petrol was stolen from the car and I found it in a different parking space to where I had left it. It needed £300 of repairs to the exhaust and a lower engine mounting. The RAC report also states that the car now has a dipstick which is not right for this engine, it is "too short". In the 1980s I was married to a criminal. I am not ashamed of this because I did not know he was a criminal, and I divorced him as quickly as I possibly could. His friends and associates still live in my home town. There have been some attempts on my life, mainly in dodgy vehicles, but also with a 14 stone caucasian ovcharka dog which attacked me at the local park. "Have you been to the police?" I hear you ask. Yes, I have, but this resulted in them harassing me. Things have got a lot worse since my partner died of cancer in January 2017. Somebody has also tried to kill my 97 year old mother with an escape of gas at her house which the British Gas emergency man said was coming from pipes which were behind knobs which looked like they were "off". The main reason I am posting though is to ask you this: where can I get a new dipstick for my car, please? They can't get them at Europarts and I have been advised not to try the Fiat garage in Reading. I am so fed up. I am at night school because I want to train to be a nurse but I need Maths GCSE. These evil men won't be happy until they have destroyed me. The police say "stop worrying about things which happened in the 1980s". It was not my fault that I trusted an evil person. He used to keep drugs in his house and put them in the tea I drank. And my best school friend is still trapped in a relationship like that. But nobody cares.

Have you tried buycarparts.co.uk as well Annie?

It appears they have a Metalcaucho 39157 type, however I had to guess your engine size as 1.4l (as you say it's a turbo) so it may not be compatible.

You can enter your reg no on the site to give a better idea.

There also appear to be a few on ebay, same applies.
