Could I fix these myself? Some bubbling and rusting on my wheel arches. Going to get a full respray next year or the year after. Looking to stop any rusting and respray the same colour. Can I do it myself or will I have to go to a body shop? They have said they need to paint the 2 sides to blend the paint in. I'm in northern ireland if anyone can recommend anyone that's not too expensive.

I think it's unlikely you'd mange a DIY repair on those. May just be the exposure/paint colour, but it looks like all 4 of those arches have had a bit of something in the past. If you start you may find you've holes and almost certainly the paint match wouldn't be good. I'd hold off for the respray and get the welding done at the same time. In the interim I'd just clean any mud that's trapped between the arch liner and the panel it that area
