Hey guys !
First post here I've been lurking since mid 2025, while searching for a car to buy in my country and I've finally found it last week ! I m now the proud new owner of a 16VT+ in a beautiful metallic blue from January 1996 ! For the little story time my dad had one before I was born kept until 2008 and sold for.. some breadcrumbs literally every weekend we'd go and put the plates on just to go on the smallest rides simply to have it run because he didn't want to leave it idle for too long but didn't have time to drive it... Sadly I was too young to impose my firm will to keep the car and the begging of a 8yo didn't work very well ahaha so now 26 I've gotten the Coupe for myself !
I can already thank a lot of you for all the different advices u put on this forum because I dared to buy a car older than me partly thanks to some of u here ! I know a little about it but not nearly enough which is why I took the membership and I plan to spend a fair amount of time here to try and keep her in a great state and even improve on some bits she deserve ! So if you have any advice to give or useful posts for me to check out don't hesitate.
