I think the ad says it was once serviced by Joe of FCCS - he may be able to give you more info.

Its not Clint's car is it? Used to be on the forum a few years back. If its the car I am thinking of - I think it was a nut and bolt rebuild by Joe a few years ago.

BUT its possible I am wrong and thinking of a different car entirely - see if you can speak to Joe.

Oh trust me, the work is endless at the moment. Not sure what happened to it between Nazo and me but it's an ongoing saga and lots of things just not done right or gone wrong. So far:

- Stereo power wired to lights (fixed)
- Refurbished Centre Console (lugs all snapped behind, poor paint job, poorly fitted - Auto Sportivo) (fixed)
- Air filter disintegrated and cable tied on (replaced and bracketed properly)
- Poor running (MAF contaminated from said air filter) (Fixed - cleaned maf)
- Metal gear surround gone and holes left in console (tidied for now until I get a replacement)
- Front bumper hanging off and lights not fitted correctly (fixed, all new brackets and trim screws)
- Boost pipework cable-tied on and just messy (fixed, repiped, boost leak tested)

Still to sort:

- Bodywork (overspray in a lot of places, front bumper needs total repaint, lots of marks and dinks all over it)
- Alarm not working
- Bonnet release spring not working
- Fluctuating idle
- Rear shocks need replacing
- Speedo occasionally drops out
- The all red rear lights it used to have have been messed with (Auto Sportivo)
- Centre brake light not working correctly
- Boost controller been messed around with and needs resetting up
- Right hand indicators functioning when they want to
- Handbrake needs adjusting

So that's the list at the moment but I'm sure it gets longer every time I drive it haha.

I was so tempted to buy this one. I am sure I drove it when a guy owned it in Reading, but that must have been 15 years ago...

So a month later the saga continues but much has been done:

Centre Brake Light fixed
Boost controller configured
New BC Rear Shocks fitted
Indicators fixed
Speedo sorted
All red rear lights back

Still lots more to do but it's heading back to it's former glory slowly but surely
