Hoggers, no offence intended here, and I don't mean to suggest any of this applies to you, but ...
I sometimes dream of keying someone's car. The ones who park diagonally in the supermarket, taking up a space and two halves. The ones who park in the spaces reserved for the disabled . The ones who roll up to the supermarket entrance and park right there across the zebra crossing. Sometimes they leave their hazards on, as if that made it okay. The ones who get to their space by ploughing through pedestrians.
I am just saying this because often, not in this case, there is a reason for getting a car 'done'. And day by day I am teetering on the edge of being a doer.
I think I can safely say that none of the reasons you have listed above justify causing criminal damage to someone elses property

Lets wait till a loony mashes your car in a car park. Then you will change your attidue.
Unless someone like me catches you keying a car for the way the owner parked it to save damage then you'll have no fingers left.
I carnt believe you would cause 400 pounds worth of damage because you dont like people's parking.
Hoggers will now shell out 250 for this, no wonder it happens so often with your stupid retarded attitude!

Thank god we're 250 miles apart becuase i have a feeling there would be blood if we met. I ALWAYS take two spaces in a carpark if they are small spaces. I believe they should be made big enough to allow a car to open its doors in. It's outrageous IMO that this is not so.
I will park in disabled if the only other choice is next to a 20 year old rusting pile of crap because i know will get my doors smashed to fccuk when the p***k opens his door . I've seen it done time and time again.
I will only park in disabled late at night or at any other time when there are lots of empty ones for people who genuinely need the service. It's not illegal to park in them btw.
I agree that it is wrong to park in children or disabled during the day and it p***es me off equally when an a-hole parks across crossings or simply leaves his/her car with the hazards on. Another thing i hate are those that park on the end of a row stopping traffic getting around the carpark.
I would NEVER key anyone's car . If I had enough of a problem, i would confront them. I can't think of anything more cowardly, direspectful or childish.

and what about the disabled person I used to regulary drive with a disabled person and if I saw someone parking in the disabled bay I would go mad. Once in Homebase I horizontally parked across the back of 2 idiots who had parked in the disabled bays and we went shopping for an hour, they were not happy when I returned to the car

lol, i would have put my fist through your window, took ya handbrake off and set it for a 'run'
it was a company car so do what you like, we also checked that the CCTV was on them and it was. One bloke was just getting to his car, the other fella was jumping up and down and going loony. But when he saw my dad come out with his walking sticks looking very frail, he soon shut up

and how exactly would you determine if the car is driven by a disabled person? I assume as the car you were driving was a company car had disabled badges?
Suppose a 70 year old woman had driven her 100 year old mum to the shops and didn't have a badge in her car as another relative normally did so. I stand by what i say, you can't park across behind someone and leave your car there. You're obstructing traffic, parked illegally and could be stopping emergency services. You park eslewhere and bare it IMO.

I bought a car that already had been keyed (not a coupe) so I don't have to worry about it, its also a lot less stressful when parking

The badge has nothing to do with the car - it applies to the driver or passenger You can display the badge in the window of any car you are travelling in - my mum used hers last week in our hire car in Portugal ... it isn't stuck to the car (unlike the US, where the diasbled sign is part of the license plate). You display it when parked in a disabled space and then take it away, particularly as there is a trade in nicking them from cars
In a pay and display, and you park across 2 spaces, I assume you buy 2 tickets Also, IMO, parking across 2 spaces in a busy car park is as likely to p*ss off mindless eejits who can't find a space

Also, if you are worried about your car getting scratched in a carpark, go when it is likely to be less busy or take the bus Unfortunately it happens, people are sometimes careless, we all are and not necessarily deliberately malicious...now deliberate keying because your brain cell is having a day off, is simply mindless vandalism and fu*kwittery, and should be punished by the law

Why would there be no need for disabled / children's spaces - the front of the car park would always fill up forst - a) IMO it is logical b) it is human nature to want to be as close to your destinantion as possible c) people are lazy You yourself said that you *only* use disabled spaces late at night etc when the car park is not busy...why? Surely if they are empty, so are lots of other spaces, especially those away from the shop Oh and I wasn't having a go at you in particular - just in general at people getting so het up about such things...life's too short, no? Hobbies are by their very nature enjoyable and should not cause grief...a lot of people don't really care about their cars (old/knackered/rental/company car/whatever)...it's not right, but is the way of the world unfortunately Yes, I have had a go at someone for knocking another car, but I would be careful about doing so as I don't want to get attacked ... if it's some big rough looking bloke in a heap of sh*t car, I'm not going to take the risk

Rather bizarrely and for the first time ever (and I should think the last), I sympathise with Brewster's point of view But then I don't have kids - I'm sure if I did I would hold a different point of view ...what a wonderful world we live in - wouldn't it be incredibly dull if we all held the same views

I have just saved a screenshot Vicks! I now have photograpic evidence that at least once, ever, Vicks has agreed with me! WOW!

Upon reflection, I think agree may have been a bit strong ...edited to say " I sympathise with Brewster's point of view"
