I've been looking around to see if I can get hold of a service / workshop manual for my coupe. It appears that the only ones available are on CD-rom. This is not a problem as I have a computer to view them on. Has anyone bought such a cd on eBay? Are they any good? Or can you recommend a legit place to obtain such a manual? Are there any hard-back books available? Any help is appreciated.

That's a great help, many thanks. Do you use a regular supplier for your replacement coupe parts? If so, can you forward me their details. Cheers.

Pretty much all the CD versions of the manual out there are copied from Brinks's original scans of a photocopied manual that he bought eons ago. Unfortunately some of the wiring diagram scans are not too legible, and nothing about the engine is included, also the CD is just as confusing as the original when it comes to deciding which wiring diagram of a particulat set of components is the right one. Luckily my 20vt is one of the earliest and matches most of the stuff in the manual, owners of later version will find some things have changed and that the manual is wrong since it doesn't include later updates (assuming they were even issued in the first place). Original manuals do pop up from time to time on eBay.

There was a torrent of this on the go a while back but nobody has seeded it for a while and there's me sitting with half it

But I don't think we're aloud to do these things via the forum any more in case the Fiat copyright police catch us
