Hello guys,
Well I never push to hard, 0-60, my car because I am very bad driver for make good times from 0 to 60 mph. I cosider a very good driver for circuits instead. I am good when braking and get out fast from curveS and bends roads.
The best time that I have done in my coupe have been 7.0 second but I have to say that I have never increase the RPM over 5500.
Could some of you give me some recomendation how start, RPM, etc?.
note: I AM BAD DOING THIS EVEN IN PLAY STATION II

I start at just over 3K revs, bring the clutch up quite fast, then floor the accelerator. You then need to ease off when boost arrives and feather it in again, until your foot is to the floor by about 20MPH. I keep it in first until I hit the redline, then slam second in and foot straight to the floor til 60. Brutal, but seems to work.

Coopless!

Sounds about right, you defo dont need more than 4500rpm let alone 5500! Also the trick is not the ride the clutch, i.e make it slip. My clutch has done 96k so I never luanch it for fear of it dying. The biting point is already at the point where your foot comes off the clutch!

I got a 0-60 in 5.7.

There is a fine balance between wheelspinning like mad, and stalling the turbo.

That narrow line in the middle is where you nail it.

Feel it, a deft right foot is very important, though there are people here who better my 0-60 time

If you dont hold the revs first, a 1.0 micra can beat you off the line!
The very fastest way to get a 0-60 I think is definately to spin the wheels a bit, I obviously have not done this very much (Especially having 19" Rubber!)
But I timed mine sub 6 secs, but dont know how accurate that was, But she is 260 BHP?
I would love to go to santa pod with it when I have finished playing!!!!
