i want to see them all

single, double, quad... all of them... getting a custom one done and want to see examples of peoples tailpipes before i decide.

i am sure this has been asked before but it gives you all a chance to show off again

you know you want to

To be fair there's only about four tailpipes on there anyway. So get Posting people!

For some reason Craig, I think Paul might pass on that design.

It's a custommade 2.5" stainless system with 2 big high quality silencers, 2.5" highflow cat and a 4" stainless endpipe. The downpipe is 3" with the first 350mm std. 2.5" pipe.
The Gothenburg exaust company is called A-Alt Avgas.

Powerflow stealth

Exactly the same angle/shape as standard but 4in instead of 3in. Looks massive when compared to a standard Coop, but normal otherwise!

Here's mine if you can see it. A one of custom job but bought second hand from the guy who made it all stainless from cat back and both pipes real not a fake one on one side.

Oh yeah, but amazingly only on full tilt. On about 50% throttle you can barely hear it. Then again, I'm a clubbing verteran (deaf). My dad commented that he could hear me booting it along a B-road when was playing Golf... (I always do well over a tonne on that road) that's 2 miles away! Get in.

The coolest thing is that the old man could identify a Coop warble at 2 miles and he's no car expert.

Kean, they look like a nightmare for speed bumps. And you want to illegally but a black "supporting" screw in the middle of the "O" on your reg.

Never caught them on a bump, and there are lots where i live. The tail pipes are slightly cut into the rear valance and not really much lower than a standard one. The only thing i ever scarpe is the front 360 bumper in multi storey car parks. Just waiting to get a new valance now to match the rest of the car.

I have considered the number plate but think it would present a challenge to others and at the moment my engines pretty standard, wouldn't want to look a fool!!!

Any sound files to go with the images?

They sound soooo different, some much nicer than others.

This could realy help someone decide.

Would this be at all possible?

I really like both of these:

Exhaust 1

Exhaust 2

The car i am getting has an exhaust from someone called Viper Racing Systems, anyone heard of them? As the end of the exhaust has started to corrode a little and not too keen on it.

It looks a bit like Exhaust 2, until i can look at it not too sure if it can be replaced or cleaned up so i am looking at alternatives other option was to try and get it colour coded to match the LE parts

When I bought my first coop new in 99, there was only Supersprint available. I hated the standard so had an Apexi Jap stainless steel exhaust grafted on the back.

It had a 5 1/4" tailpipe and looked and sounded the biz.

I didn't have a digital camera back then so will try and hunt down any old piccies and scan them.

There was nothing on the UK roads like it. The car ended up in Plymouth for sale when I got fed up after 18-months.

I wonder if it is still going?

Looks like it's been cut, I really like the exhausts... very subtle and not too big. Just right for a coop I think
