Just an ordinary day, screwing a number plate on the front of a coupe while its running, pop the drill through and on come the side lights, then the indicators have a fit. Hmmmmm, confused. So i head for the fuse and relays Soaking wet. This is the fcccccuking problem: http://i81.photobucket.com/albums/j213/fiatcoupes/DCP_0006-10.jpghttp://i81.photobucket.com/albums/j213/fiatcoupes/DCP_0004-10.jpghttp://i81.photobucket.com/albums/j213/fiatcoupes/DCP_0003-15.jpghttp://i81.photobucket.com/albums/j213/fiatcoupes/DCP_0002-10.jpghttp://i81.photobucket.com/albums/j213/fiatcoupes/DCP_0001-12.jpgYep the sodding new RAC windscreen. The "professionals" scoff at us fitting our own glass but im glad we do. Ill take some pics of the screen later, my god, whoever fitted it needs shooting. Sadly ive not got a reciept for the job in the car otherwise i'd certainly be claiming. Lucky i spotted this as quick, could have gone up in flames, mind you nah, its far too wet for that!

autoglass are no better!
on my last car i had the windscreen replaces because it was cracked, fine no problem. they turned up and started taking the seal out from the glass, cracking the windscreen in the process but im not bothered because they are about to replace it right? no.
just before he does to remove my windscreen from the car the "technician" gous into the back of his van then emerges looking rather confused. he's forgotten the new seal, he cant get hold of a new one for 2 days so he'll have to leave the car the way it is.
i was a little miffed by this point, then it gets even better my windscreen now looks like some one has attacked it with a hammer and after explaining that i need to use my car to get to and from work on the motorway he says dont worry it will be fine! what a muppet, needless to say i complained and it gone done 1st thing the next day... with a different company.

I had this exact same problem not long after I got my coop. Soggy fusebox gives you some interesting problems.
