The 1st is ok with me as well, as for a venue haw about blue water or lake side. There is all ways the strip at south end, or the festival leisure park at Basildon just off the a127 theirs pubs, clubs and bowling there

We only want to go a little bit in to kent / essex, not full on in the middle some of us get nose bleeds if we travel too far from surrey

I'm going to try and make this meet although it's between holidays. The Grasshopper just west of Westerham on the A25 is large and has a massive car park. It would be a good idea to contact them first as they do host other events on Sundays, especially car club meets. The carpark is that big though, it could possibly be host to two events if necessary.

It's on the calendar for the 1st, so barring anything unforeseen, I'll be there .

OMG I remember the Grasshopper...many a teenage drunken night out I guess it is the first one, a big place

...certainly the White Hart in Brasted is an option, it does have a decent carpark

I didn't known there were two in the area. It's the one on the left driving towards Westerham from Godstone/Oxted in an easterly direction. Im told it's famous for it's midweek singles club, definitely not my scene.

Ok folks, now really need to confirm venue - 2 suggestions so far, the Grasshopper just outside Westerham and the White Hart on Brasted High Street...any more suggestions needed asap

Also, have I missed anyone else off the list - busy at work, so been a bit lapse at updating lately

Vics, I may take a drive out to the grasshopper over the weekend, I shall report back with my findings
