It's a wheel locating pin, can be handy when putting the wheels back on.

I used the very tool last weekend for helping me put the wheel back on. Screw it into one of your wheel nut holes then put the wheel on and it helps you line up the other wheel bolts \:\)


Ex 20VT - now something far more sensible'ish... smile

Ah just realised what you meant, sorry.

Thought that was a picture I'd taken until I looked at the carpet, whoops. Yes I bought it from you to complete my set as had some missing tools but a working ratchet.

I then changed wheels last week and found the missing tools under the space saver so it will be up for sale again soon.

Never used it myself, but like you wondered what it was for. I used the lugs on the hub.
