Even though they're 'new' wouldn't they need loads of attention seeing as they've ben sat doing nothing for years??? \:s

Malays were offering a full belt / tyre change as part of the sale. They've been in covered storage and look in excellent condition..But having said that you are still paying 20k+ for a 7 year old car with a growing spares problem.

Hello All...

I'm from Malaysia and currently considering buying one of these "new" 20v Turbo coupes but trying to understand the risks involved.

Yes, the local importer is offering to change cam belt, tyres, fluids... They are also giving a 3 year warranty.

Would appreciate some advice/feedback on what to look out for in a car that's never been used and in storage for 6-7 years. Any other parts that I should get them to change ?

Thanks...

Better be quick, as of last week, there are only 9 units left and may be less by today. 3 units may be going to Hong Kong.

Yes do be quick as it's only taken 7 years to sell 4. \:P

Huh? Last year this time there were about 65 units, now down to 9, 11 sold in the last 2 weeks. You do the maths.

I'm Malaysian as well but don't know much about coupes back in Malaysia. Why are there so many unused cars in storage?
