Motech in Northampton do Momo spacers and extened wobbly bolts.

I used the Momo GTR's, 7x17, 35et with a set of 20mm spacers.

The clearance between the wheel & Brembo's look like this

Well ive been to an alloy wheel specialist today who said these wheels would not go on the car safely, and refused to fit them with spacers and wobbly bolts.

Ive found somewhere I can get spacers made specially for £80, only problem is I dont know what size spacer I need to make the darn wheels fit
Im guessing the offset on the wheels is 35, as ive been on the Kahn website and most 17's are 35.

Any Ideas folks?

Cheers,
Fabz

spacers and wobbly bolts are dangerous.

personally i would only fit a wheel made to fit the coupe, with normal bolts.

had a car in the other day with wobbly bolts and spacers, his wheel fell off whilst driving (it was tight as checked regularly) and the car suffered damage to the brake discs and arch. he's on this forum somewhere.

That must be a one off, or its just me being lucky as i run on wobbly bolts & spacers in excess of 100mph & had no problems.
