As above,i have 235/40/17 dunlop slicks medium compound.
I`m a newbie to 1/4 miles so any advice will be a great help

I'm going to run 20PSI.

Those dunlops have pretty stiff sidewalls. Probably they're not very good for the 1/4 mile really, but saves chewing up road tyres with the inevitible pants launches.

20psi it is then,cheers there not ideal but for 40 quid il have a good go at shredding them
