I've just spoken to the landlord and told him to expect about 20 extra for food. They have a carvery at £7.95 a head. £4.50 for children (or if your not that hungry) A separate pub meals menu and various specials on the board.

most cars will have something wrong with them, just get yourself along and meet some people

Totally agree - mine's still got a melted back bumper and hasn't been cleaned for over 3 weeks. We're all enthusiasts but that doesn't mean our coops will be concours condition. When I first got mine I used to think the same thing about condition / scratches etc. Now 12 months on and having attended a couple of meets, I don't worry about it; there're coops in far better condition than mine and some that are the same. At the end of the day it's all about meeting up and having a good time.

it's not as if people go round inspecting other people's coupe's for faults, except for carlt

the cat and fiddle meet is worth going to just for some of the roads, and the food was pretty good aswell

Blummin 'eck, for some reason i thought this was tomorrow (saturday) , so was going to attend on my way to Manchester. But as it's on the Sunday i'm going to have to pull out i'm expecting quite a large hangover and have a round of golf organised for Sunday afternoon!
