As for location - Im fairly flexible...although there are sooo many spots on the Antrim Coast that are Beautiful for arty - windswept and interesting pictures...

so open to ideas...Antrim cost is abit out of the way...but thats why...if its easy it aint worth it..

I would consider Antrim, never have seen the Giant's Causeway!

All i can say - Living on The Antrim Coast most of my life - they are THE best driving roads ..with THE most stunning views and photo ops...

I would also take us to a couple of castles - giants causeway - carrick a rede rope bridge and much more...

Anyway - i am still open to ideas...and i am obviously biased..

not reslly shaggy im only aware of one that happened before... but usually there is a little group that will travel along to italian car club shows and meet up there!

Were trying to Iron out some technicalities for the Gathering this year.

It looks like it will be on the 21st June at Cultra if we can get everything sorted.

If it falls through we might move it to Castle Bellingham.

Ill let you know when i've more info.

Based in the big Town! Have not seen your le either. I have been here with her for a few years but its my second motor so only drive weekends etc. Car also be stored in another county sometimes so that is why you probably did not see her.

Only got the le a few weeks back and it's been off the road until today! It's my second coupe. I had a 16v Blitz Blue a couple of years back.

Is yours a '96 Sprint blue? I saw a 96 LH one in Blackrock about 2 years ago when I had the 16v and I've never seen it since!

mines a sprinty. Its on NI plates for another few weeks then bringing her through. She is a 98. I actually know the one your were talking about. He nearly dropped when he seen me in another sprint blue. Ha Ha!

There is a few coupes about the town, but you dont see them out too much.

I think I know you now. You in LCC. Must meet up for a chat sometime.

LE is a lovely car. I would say your proud of her. Bit of a difference for performance though.

Yup CollieD,

I was in LCC for 5 years. Now based in DBC (Drogheda). I´ve had the LE since 28th April, it´s been off the road waiting for a new turbo since 29th April!!!

Got it back on the road last Friday, but I´m in Spain at the mo, so I don´t get to drive it again until tomorrow evening (though I believe it´s been kicking around town all week being driven by my mate )

I´ll PM you my no. if you wanna meet up to glance at engine bays etc

The all ireland get together is going to be tagged onto the side of the banbridge classic car and ploughing show.

It will be held in banbridge and will be on the 19th July. Unfortuanetly i wont be able to attend this one as im in Italy in July. But if your interested in going let me know and ill put you on the list.

There will be a £7 entry on the day but you will receive a commerative Teapot (i kid you not) and lunch with tea or coffee and buns etc.

I will post up more details once I have firmer details, or log into http://www.niimc.net and check out the forum..

Damn, just checked my calender and I'm working, I'll probably have my coupe on the road by then and all. Might have to try and get the day off for it!
