Thats a real bummer. I was after a set also. I think Mariusz from AutoDS.net might know a guy that makes a different type? Not sure however.

These are easy to fit, but a bit work requires.. on the http://www.coupeteile.de/Leuchten.html you have ADAPTER-SET (120 euro).

Took about an hour to do. Your'll need to make up some discs the size of the alloy housing. I didnt have the alloy backing on my light like the ones on the German site. But to tell you the truth they sit in the recess perfect as they are both 92mm.

Sounds pretty good - I take it the wiring is simple also? Deep down, I wish you'd said they were a right pig to fit to try and put me off getting a set!!
Might have to talk to the missus now!

Yeah the wiring is pretty straight forward.
@ Meagy, i cant remember the name of the company as it was about 3-4 years ago i had them fitted in my MR2. IIRC it was in Coventry.

Over €450 I love these lights but there is no way I wpould pay that. It might be difficult to get lights for MR2s as they are a bit long in the tooth now.

Price in Poland.. about 150 GBP for set of led rear lights..
Hella numbers of parts.. 2sa 008 405-021 - led ring 2ba008 221-007 - transparent central light ------------------------------------------------- x 4
That seems cheap....I'm not tempted though.

Yes, but it doesn't start at 1, and it skips pages. Of the 13 pdf pages its page 10, but its says 24 at the bottom of the page.

I have looked on the well known LED bulb website and to replace all the bulbs to LED's including the 3rd brake light it will set you back £54 delivered. gonna do it soon. gotta be cheaper than replacing the whole cluster !

But will it look any different at all? Aren't they just a small LED cluster instead of a bulb, which will look identical from the outside. Not like a cluster of LED's which fill up the whole space.
