Blitz Metallic Blue, Black Cloth Interior. 3 owners, 111k miles, mainly motorway, FSH, Air-con (nice and cold). New brakes/discs all round, clutch, battery all within the last few thousand miles. T&T’d. HPI & AA Mileage checker certificate from when I bought it. I have had no accidents in it and you are welcome to have it re-HPI’d.

I have owned this car since April 2001 when it had around 40k miles on the clock and has been lovingly cared for since.
It is one of the last of the 16v models.

PLus front grill, Fiat Supplied Zender side skirts and an Evolution Engineering re-mapped chip – which has been on the car for 40k+ miles with no problems. It also has lightweight rare 16” Technomagnesio Monaco alloy wheels. It also has a Forge metal recirc dump valve. Toad remote central locking with remote window closure system. Decat pipe. (cat included with sale)

I have a history file as thick as my arm and it has been rigorously serviced.
It has all the stamps (11) – serviced by Fiat up to around 40k miles, then since I’ve owned it I have used specialists, since 2003 by Motormech. I have had the cam-belt changed twice during my ownership. Last one at 91k.

It has been maintained regardless of cost and has been a very solid car, has never broken down on me and by far the best car I have ever owned.

The car is in excellent condition, it has even recently had a new windscreen due to a nasty stone chip, so the screen is free from pitting you usually get on cars of this age.

The bad bits
It has the usual ‘motorway rash’ on the leading edge of the bonnet and front bumper consummate with a car this age. There is a minor dint, about the size of a 5p on the leading edge of the bonnet.
The battery light on the dash flickers on randomly every month or so for a milli-second then disappears, I have had Motormech check this out and there of no loss of charge from the battery, it is presumable a loose connection somewhere.

Honest valuations gladly welcome. I was thinking around £1200 - for a quick sale, what do you think?

Yeh £1200 would get a quick sale.

£1200 looks like a bit of a bargain to me. My 16VT cost me £1350 a couple of months ago - it's had a very pampered life but needed 2 new tyres and was untaxed. Even at that price I felt like I stole it from the guy!

Same with mine, I paid £1600 for mine and I feel like I stole it, such a cracking car!

If you advertise at 1200 people are going to make lower offers, even if i payed 1200 for your car i'd be over the moon. I'd say much closer to carls estimation, good luck with the sale.

I've seen this car several times, and its a good 'un.

With ANY Coupe, we're now looking at condition and history, rather than miles or age.

ANY cheap Coupe is likely to be a big bill waiting to arrive and a car like Europa's is a pretty good bet against a big bill any time soon.

Let's put it this way, Europa's car at £2k plus a year's motoring and servicing/repair is likely to be cheaper than a shed of a 16VT at £1k, plus a years motoring and servicing/repair.

Utter bargain at anything less than £1500 - post it at £1,950 and see it go in a week.

I think that's a total bargain Micah, I've no idea where on the UK you could buy such a cherished mint example of a 16vt for that price. These cars really are value for money!
