Well if that the case then i am looking foward to how this pans out P.S. you got any manifolds fot a Punto GT? Just a quick picture to show how things are panning out :-) should be assembled tomorrow any luck.. as you can see from the parts all nice sweeping flowing mandrel bends, none of this cut and shut stuff :-) http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l220/fcck2000/new1_manifold_pic.jpgPaul

u will lose the 5-pot burble with equal length manifolds but performance will be better.

Keep up the good work Any chance of reusing the original Heat shield after installing it?

^ I hope we won't lose the 5-pot warble. I won't be interested if so, but I'd say it's highly unlikely. Easy enough to test.

I know what you are saying, but i think this is from the scooby.. because the lengths are so different on a subaru is what gives it that individual sound. 5 cylinder will sound like 5 cylinder ;-)

i've opted to make a new water rail as well, it's the only way to have decent flow into the collector. regarding the heat generated i really don't see any issue whatsoever TBH. Nice job on your manifold, does the manifold give quicker spool over standard? Paul

The fact that you won't need to take it off to be welded once a year should keep most happy don't you think?
i know some say the standard is good for high BHP but the fact is a tubular manifold on the same car would give more... Paul

I still need to prove the fitment and design a new water rail. Should be about a month before they start rolling off the production line.
possibly sell a small batch as a group buy at a lower price before i start selling them on ebay.

The kit will be allowing to install onto cars with or without aircon. The space is very tight behind the aircon brackets but I'm confident everying will fit ok.

Looks cracking (no pun intended)! - if you can sell them with the new water rail then you're onto a winner.
I'd very much like to have one configured for an external wastegate. Can you do this as a one off, or offer two versions?
