If you are ready to do some internal work to on your engine to squeeze a little more power then you might want to consider changing the profile of the cams. I've got some information about the Pipercams offerings to give you an idea of performance gains and how much its gonna cost.

Firstly, the fast road version -

These come in 2 forms, you can either buy them brand new or you can send your cams away to be reprofiled. Both will give the same results but the cost to you is different.

Powerband : 2000-6500rpm
Power increase : 10bhp
Inlet duration : 280 deg
Exhaust duration : 280 deg
Inlet valve lift : .385"/9.80mm
Exhaust valve lift : .385"/9.80mm
(Valve lifts quoted assume a rocker ratio of 1:1)
Timing (Inlet open - close) / (Exhaust open - close) : 33-67/67-33
Inlet full lift (ATDC) : 107 deg
Exhaust full lift (BTDC) : 107 deg
Valve clearances : Inlet = .008"/.20mm
Exhaust = .010"/.25mm

Cost -
Reprofiled = £196 inc VAT
New from a blank = £365 inc VAT

Ultimate road version -

Again these come in 2 forms, new from a blank or send your cams away to be reprofiled.

Powerband : 2500-7000rpm
Power increase : 15bhp
Inlet duration : 288 deg
Exhaust duration : 288 deg
Inlet valve lift : .410"/10.40mm
Exhaust valve lift : .410"/10.40mm
(Valve lifts quoted assume a rocker ratio of 1:1)
Timing (Inlet open - close) / (Exhaust open - close) : 36-72/72-36
Inlet full lift (ATDC) : 108 deg
Exhaust full lift (BTDC) : 108 deg
Valve clearances : Inlet = .008"/.20mm
Exhaust = .010"/.25mm

Cost -
Reprofiled = £196 inc VAT
New from a blank = £365 inc VAT

Pipercams also do a Rally version but they are probably too much for everyday use.

Oversize shims may be required. The following components are also available for this engine:
PC-PULDFTC - Pair Fiat twin cam 2.0 alloy vernier pulleys
PC-VDSFTC - Fiat 2.0 twin cam double valve springs

Or go to FIAT and buy a Inlet cam from a Tipo 16v 5dr as this has slighty more duration and an extra mm of lift, also costs £100 or so
