My alarm fob is playing up, I've tried changing the battery but tbh the unit itself feels like it's dropping to pieces. I know this is a common Coupe thing, but does anyone know a decent company for getting a new one? I'm assuming the internals can just be put in a new fob, but weirdly enough Fiat themselves don't do replacements.

Ideally local to midlands/north west (I live in north Staffordshire) but if the company can operate via post (ie I post them the fob plus payment, they post new one back) then I'd be happy with that.

Recommendations would be most welcome \:\)

Here - Carl Baker is a top guy - I used him for that exact job on my TVR (same Meta system as the Coop). It can all be done via post IIRC.

clicky

EDIT: The fobs are a totally new style - much better than the original design. Get two new fobs at the same time if I were you.

Google Abacus Alarms. They sorted me out a new fob through the post. They just needed the code off the red card that comes with the keys. I was lucky and had it.
